Instructions
- Wash the new potatoes and carrots thoroughly while keeping the skins on, then cut them into 5mm cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into 5mm cubes as well. Chop the green onions into small pieces.
- In a frying pan, add men-tsuyu, water, sugar, new potatoes, carrots, onion, and mixed ground meat. Turn on the heat.
- Stir with a rubber spatula while cooking on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes, until the liquid evaporates.
- Once the liquid has evaporated, drizzle sesame oil over it and let it cool to room temperature.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well, then serve on a plate. Sprinkle with green onions.
