Instructions
- Wash the new potatoes thoroughly with the skin on and cut them into quarters. Cut the sausages in half.
- Place the new potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
- Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, then add the new potatoes and sausages, and stir-fry over medium heat. Once browned, add the white dashi, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry further.
